The model is deliberately small at the centre and deep at the edges. Each mandate is staffed with a virtual team of senior specialists — structurers, legal counsel, AIFM partners, tokenization counsel, distribution leads — selected and assembled for the structure at hand. The composition is bespoke; the accountability sits with the practice.
