Who is liable if the AI makes a mistake?
The AI decides nothing on its own. Anything that leaves the company or commits money is approved by a person. Responsibility stays where it is today: with your people.
What about data protection?
Before set-up we agree in writing where your data is processed. For personal data, the Switzerland setting or your own building is the right choice. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection has applied since 1 September 2023 [4].
Does the EU AI Act affect us?
It can, if you use or offer AI results in the EU. Transparency duties apply since August 2026, duties for high-risk uses from December 2027 [3]. We show what applies to your case and involve your legal advisers where needed.
Do we need an IT department?
No. We set everything up and train your people. We need one contact person who can grant access to your systems.
What does it cost?
After the scoping conversation you receive a fixed fee for set-up and handover. No subscription.
How long does it take?
Typically a few weeks from the first conversation to handover.
What happens after handover?
The AI team belongs to you. We stay with you for a while after handover.
Can we leave again?
Yes. You own the set-up, and because we are not tied to any provider, the model can be changed.
Which models do you use?
Closed and open models, chosen per task: Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Llama, Qwen and Hermes, through OpenRouter, Hugging Face or locally through Ollama. We take no commissions from any provider. See the tools.
