In standard markets, the structure is settled and the deal is the work. In the markets we are useful in — tokenization wrappers for unfamiliar collateral, AIFM partnerships across jurisdictions, blended structures with DFI anchors, captive vehicles for family offices entering new asset classes — the deal cannot exist until the structure does. Mandate logic precedes vehicle design; vehicle design precedes instrument selection. We work in that order.

The fundraise is not a separate workstream.
